1. All participants must fill out and sign a reservation form.
2. ATM access is everywhere and is the best way to access cash at the best
rate. Notify your credit card agency and/or bank and let them know you
will be traveling
to Europe and verify your 4 digit PIN code-(numerals, not letters) of your
credit card for ATM access in France.
3. Visa and MasterCard are accepted everywhere. American Express is not.
Most small shops and farmers markets take cash only.
4. Domaine du Haut Baran does not take credit cards. For the 500 USD
deposit and balance for this workshop make a check out to Domaine du
Haut Baran
and mail to Lenny Gemski.
5. You should send in your deposit ASAP to secure your spot. Space
is limited to ten participants.
6. For calling to the states bring a calling card (ATT, MCI, Sprint).
Verify minutes on card and make sure calling codes are set up for
France to USA.
You can make calls at Haut Baran without a calling card at a rate
of 1 euro/minute.
7. Laundry facilities are available at Haut Baran. Load of wash
7.5 euros. Dry 7.5 euros. Good idea for several people to make
a load.
8. No painting supplies are allowed in your room. Haut Baran
has a studio for supplies and painting.
9. If you have a medical condition or severe allergies, please
list on reservation form.
10. William Haas will be waiting for you at Toulouse Airport
on arrival day in front of customs at baggage claim 5 at
noon with
Haut Baran
insignia.
11. Dress in layers for warm days and cool nights.

13. Presentable painting clothes are appropriate for
all occasions.
